This is one of the most common variants. 

It features a rubberstamped image of

Generalfeldmarschall Manstein's signature. 

 Almost all of this document features a

rubberstamp of Manstein's signature.

This is a unit specific variant of the Krimschild.  This was produced especially for le.Beob.Abt.(mot.)31.
