These were used for recording of issued items. Any item issued, but not pre-printed, was to be listed in the blank spaces. These extra items could be handwritten or rubberstamped in, also additional pages were sometimes pasted in for specialized equipment or when there was no more room left. Weapons and certain other items were listed on pages 8a, 8b, 8c & 8d.
Under the word Truppenteil was the unit doing the issuing of the equipment or unit checking that it was all accounted for. Any pre-printed item not issued was either marked w/ a slash or with the symbol %. Under the word Namenzeichen was issuer or the checker’s name and the date.

If issued items were missing they were recorded here. Either they were lost/destroyed in battle or lost due to negligence. If they were lost due to negligence the Soldat would be required to pay for the item’s replacement or for severe losses the could be sent to a penal battalion or other corrective measures.

These pages were to record weapons, binoculars, gasmasks etc. The column Zeichen was for the model of the item. If there was no model field to put in it was filled in with a 1.
The Nummer column was for the items serial number. Tag der Empfangs is for the date of issue. Nameszeichen des Gerätverwalters is for the name of the issuer.

This pages is for inoculations. The top line is for the date and the bottom line is for the amount.
The shots, in order are for Small Pox, Typhoid & Paratyphoid, Dysentery, Cholera, and other shots.
