Loose translation:

1.  Show this only to authorized details, such as train station control, watches etc., it's not a substitute for a army train ticket.

2.  Keep quiet, it's your duty.

3.  If you get sick, see a military doctor, only a civilian in an emergency.

4.  If you're not sure where to return to, seek out the appropriate military agency, not a civilian one.

5.  Come back quick, if you dawdle you could be classified AWOL.

6.  This is good for 1 trip only, it's to be handed over when you return.

7.  This is for ration issues, example Pay until June 20th, front pay differential unit June 10th, general rations until June 12th, march rations until June 12th.

8.  The bearer is allowed to take money with him (only fill out for foreign travel!).
